1.Warning and Attention

1.1 Warning location
Please read the warning in decals carefully the warning included important safty knowledge.

1.2 Warning content
! Forbid riding the conduct deeply in above 100 mm road surface and location not leveled in the snow!
! Forbid going in the slope is greater than 5 degree of slope roads.Under the age of 13 children ride by in vogue to need parents accompany!
! Forbid and stretch and enter roller chain and clear up the snow in drive trick after kicking!

1.3 In this manual ¡°!¡± Symbol show project this to safe and very much important,be sure to observe!
! Read the manual carefully before riding.
! No starting the engine
! Don¡¯t stop engine using choke handle bar.
! Don¡¯t touch high voltage loop and spark plug cap.
! Don¡¯t touch sports parts after starting.(for transmission sheave.transmission chain).
! No smoking when filling fuel to fuel tark.
! Don¡¯t ride on cement road long time.
! Don¡¯t ride on bad ground or gradient>or=5.
! Don¡¯t touch high temperature spart parts.(for exhaust pip clutch assy and etc.)
! Under 12 years children ride must be dominated by pater familias.
! Don¡¯t ride when temperature under ¨C18.C
! When stop engine.please shut up fuel tack switch.So avoid leak fuel,it may be cause fire.
! Please always a helmet.

2.Fuel and Oil

! Use fuel with cleaning and plumbum.
! Don¡¯t mix oil in fuel
! No spillage when pour fuel(had better a few distance from fuel tank top)
!Blaze and heating may cause bomb.must far away fire and temperature object.

! Before the engine leave factory.the oil had let det you must obey the following items to check the oil situation before starting the engine.
! Fill oil or check oil,Must place the vehicle on the level ground..
! Put the oil ruler into oil tank to check the oil status must sure that oil status between the upper limit and lower limit.

3.2 Assemble instruction drawing

Please assemble the sleds as following drawing!



4.Ride instruction

4.1. Start

Kick start Choke handle bar kick start

1.Start bar 2.Close the breeze door 3.Hand the start bar
to start the engine

After started, put the chock handle bar to open situation.if temperature too low.please keep the works till stabilization the put the chock hand bar to open situation.

4.2.Brake

1.Grasp the Brake handle bar.
2.Apply the brake handle from relax state draw to the tense situation.
4.3.Stop

1. Press safety switch till flamout completely.

2.After flameout,please close main switch assy immediately.

5.Maintain

5.1.Check and adjust the accelerograph bar Checking the follow situation,and proper adjust if necessary.

1. Throttle lever from close situation to open situation successfully yes or not.

2. Turning the handle bar the throttle?lever is intervened or not.

3. Checking the handle bar¡¯s freeness journey.If not 2-6mm,please adjusted.

5.2.Checking and adjusting brake apparatus The brake apparatus¡¯s control bar should have corresponding freeness journey.The free play of the brake apparatus¡¯s control bar is from free situation to brake apparatus begin to combine.The bar move distance.the data is 10-20mm.

Please check the freeness journey anytime and adjusting The following is method:
1.Loose the tighten nut of brake handlebar.ͼ14
2.Turn adjust bolt.let freeness journey confirm the standard data.Turning deasil larger or smaller.
3.Screw dour locknut.|
4.If the free play can¡¯t reach standard.please adjust the adjust nut brake apparatus¡¯s bottom.
5.Confirm locknut and adjust bolt had screw down the fixed nut.
6.Screw up the fix nut of brake apparatus.
7.Screw down the brake piston,till the freeness journey confirm the standard.
8.Confirm the locknut and adjust bolt and screw down completely.ͼ15

5.3.Cleaning the lubricating the chain
1.Backout the spring key and link carefully use acutilingual piler.
2.Cleaning the chain in impregnant for diesel oil coal oil,then air dry.
3.please check abrasion,mangale and ect.Situation,replace it if necessary.
4.Fill corresponding oil or lubricate oil should be on both side of roller.
5.Filling the chain and adjusting the tension.
!Notice
When replacing transmission pedrail.you must screw down the fixes screw of plate.
5.4 Checking and adjusting the transmission chain
The transmission chain will be hurted easily because high pull high speed and bad lubricating.The transmission chain will be abrasion distortion and wiredraw.so you must adjust the chain in timie,or it may cause accident,it¡¯s very important.
1.Place the vehicle on the level ground turning the transmission sheave,let the transmission fluctuating..It¡¯s fluctuating rang should be in 10-20mm less than 10mm.the chain in too tension,more than 20mm,the chain is too looseness..
2.Turning the transmission shave checking the chain turning unhinded or not.the method of adjusting chain:
Screw up fix nut of transmission axle.if the chain is to looseness,then screw down the adjust nut on left and right side slowly,till the chain reach standard if the chain is too tension,then screw up the adjust nut on left and right side slowly.till the chain reach standard.

! Danger
The chain too looseness or too tension. It will let the chain out itself.
Location or mangle.it may cause chain wheel of engine stopped or locked transmission shave.So engine and transmission will be mangle and lose control.
5.5.Replacing oil
After ride 25^th to 50h,you should replace the oil.then every 50h,replace the oil.On level ground,start engine,keep up several minutes,the stop the engine screw up release oil bolt let oil flow the result the engine,so that the surplus oil flow completely.Screw down release oil bolt,Fill SF 15W/40 oil to oil ruler upper limit lock oil.Ruler start engine and checking release oil bolt to be sure no oil leak.! Attention

Use in cold region,please replacing oil ahead.
Fill oil must be on more than the upper limit of the oil ruler.
Be careful scald when replacing oil.
5.6.Checking and replacing spark plug.
Spark plug failure is one of the reason that engine can¡¯t start.
Spark plug failure have:electrode pollute.Inter electrode clearance too larger.
1.Take down spark plug cap and cleaning.
2.Take down spark plug.
3.Check spark plug and electrode leak oil or not .check electrode sediment carbon or not .cautery or not nonconductor break or not .
4.If find oil soiled sediment carbon,please use spark plug cleaner or steel wire brush to cleaning if spark plug cautery seriously nonconductor break or fall off.Please replace in time.
5.Check spark plug interelectrode clearance,please adjust to 0.6-0.7mm if necessary.

5.7.Replacing transmission pedrail

For transmission pedrail rub ground .it will cause transmission pedrail upper plate abrasion and aging .you need replace the plate in time if you not replacing in time it may cause serious aftermath.

! Notice

When replacing transmission pedrail,you must screw down the screw of plate.
